In a surprising twist that reshapes the country’s volleyball landscape, the members unanimously elected longtime sports figure Anthony “Tony Boy” Liao as the new president of the Philippine National Volleyball Federation (PNVF), replacing incumbent chief Ramon “Tatz” Suzara.
