Aboitiz Football Cup Season 24 returns to Cebu.

The Aboitiz Football Cup (AFC), Aboitiz's longest-running grassroots football league, officially launched its 24th season on August 22 at The Outlets at Pueblo Verde, marking a significant return to Cebu and an exciting nationwide expansion with legs in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

VETERAN para swimmer Ernie Gawilan and para archer Agustina Bantiloc were given the honor to be the country’s flag-bearers at the grand outdoor opening ceremony on Wednesday of the 17th Paralympic Games at the heritage-rich Champs-Elysées to  Place de la Concorde in Paris, France.

Isleta captures seven gold medals.

Chloe Isleta cemented her status as the country’s foremost lady swimmer, sweeping her last two events for a near-perfect campaign as she named Most Outstanding Swimmer (MOS) in the women’s class on Friday at the close of the Philippine Aquatics, Inc. (PAI) National Trials 25-meter short course at the Teofilo Yldefonso Swimming Pool in Malate, Manila.
