The Philippine Roll Ball Association (PRBA) continues to strengthen the growth of roll ball in the country after signing a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Silvinia Village Homeowners Association, Inc. (SVHAI), in partnership with the United Reborn Skaters Roll Ball Association (URSRBA), for the use of the Silvinia Village Covered Court in Barangay Talipapa, Novaliches, Quezon City.
